You can pickup your orders any time as long as it’s within our store hours. Your orders, if not paid through online, will only be available to you within 24 hours after confirmation. Failure to pickup your orders within 24 hours will automatically be cancelled without prior notice and will be available for purchase to other customers.

Orders can be received on the same day for orders confirmed and paid up to 3 PM. Beyond 3 PM, orders will be scheduled for next day delivery. Time of processing of transactions depends on the volume of orders we are receiving.
For standard delivery, delivery usually takes 3-7 days.
Delivery fee starts at Php 25 only for Camella Springville residents. Most of our same/next day delivery for other areas will be handled by Lalamove. You can check their rates first via their app just pin on pickup point ‘EMZ-T Pharmacy’.
For standard delivery, we have a fixed rate of 180 pesos for a maximum of 3kg.

All orders undergo approval stage since we avoid the hassle of refunds. We will check first with our inventory if all items in your cart are available.
COD payment for same or next day delivery automatically disables if the system detects that your order subtotal is more than Php 2000. By that, you can only pay through online payments.
You shall receive an automated email with payment link entitled “ORDER # READY FOR PAYMENT”
In case you never receive an email, kindly contact us.
Your cart total changes due to the following reasons:
- Some items are low in stock compared to the desired quantity ordered
- Out of stock item
- For Lalamove as preferred service, the shipping fee calculated before checkout is just an estimate of the Lalamove’s system based on your provided address. But it doesn’t implicate an accurate pin on their app. We still have to check manually on their app by putting the most accurate drop-off point and this may cause changes on the shipping cost.
You can upload your prescription and your OSCA/PWD I.D. by clicking the button located at the right side of your screen. Or you can transact with us via Messenger at m.me/emzcustomercare or at our Viber 09987408151 so we can prioritize you.
- Damaged item. However, item damaged by the third-party courier is not our liability.
- Item given is expired
- Wrong item or wrong dispensed
Provided, that, we were notified within 24 hours only from the time you received your orders and supported with official receipt and pictures. Kindly message us directly at our Messenger at m.me/emzcustomercare or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If it’s our fault, delivery fee is ours! Strictly, no “change of mind” reasons.
Absolutely. EMZ-T Pharmacy, being a licensed drugstore, get their medical and personal care supplies from reliable sources only. We also do not tolerate selling counterfeit and unlicensed products.
Some products require supporting prescription. Please provide a valid prescription by attaching a copy before you checkout.
