1. Data Information
By sending us your order, you comply that all information are true and correct. You also hereby agree with our Privacy Policy.
2. Product Prices
Prices posted are subject to change without prior notice. For senior citizen/PWD discounted prices, kindly provide us copy of valid prescription and I.D. to apply the discount.
3. Pickup
Pickup of orders, if not paid through online, will be available within 24 hours only. Items not picked up within the said time will automatically be cancelled without prior notice and be available for purchase to other customers. If paid through online, kindly provide proof of identification on pickup.
4. Delivery
Delivery of your goods can be done on the same day provided that orders are confirmed and paid up to 6 PM only. Beyond 6 PM will be scheduled for next day delivery. For standard delivery, expect 3 to 7 days arrival.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made or orders have been dispatched for delivery. On the other hand, EMZ-T Pharmacy has the right to cancel orders if found non-compliant with the regulations such as but not limited to purchase of prescriptive medicines and availing of discounts.
6. Returns/Exchange
Orders will be accepted for exchange/refund for the following reasons ONLY:
a.) Damaged item
b.) Expired item
c.) Wrong item or wrong dispensed

7. Liabilities
EMZ-T Pharmacy will not be liable to any damage caused by the third-party logistics.
